SLEEP & RECOVERY BLUE LIGHT GLASSES
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.9/5
You put in the work during the day, don't let it go to waste at night.
LOCKT blocks the light that signals to your brain it's daytime, protecting your sleep, recovery, and performance.
Injection-molded TR 90 frames designed and built for fit and comfort.
Made with advanced technology and proprietary manufacturing methods, our lenses offer exceptional color clarity and superior protection.
Each order comes in LOCKT’s signature gift box with a specially crafted glasses case made from lightweight, durable premium materials.
Wear them during long periods of screen use or in brightly lit indoor spaces.
We do not recommend wearing them outdoors, as natural blue light from the sun is beneficial during the day. Artificial lighting has a different light spectrum, which can leave your eyes feeling tired and strained.
When blue and green light between 400 and 550 nanometers reaches your eyes, special light-sensing cells called ipRGCs send a signal to the suprachiasmatic nucleus—the part of your brain that controls your body clock.
This signal stops the release of melatonin and shifts your sleep schedule later. Filtering these wavelengths with red-tinted lenses blocks this disruption, allowing your body to start making melatonin on time instead of up to an hour and a half later.
LOCKT gives you broader blue-light coverage than Night Shift. Night Shift makes one compatible screen look warmer. LOCKT filters blue light from screens and room lights as it passes through the lenses.
Your order will arrive within 3 to 8 days, depending on your location.
Try them for 30 days. If you don’t like them, you’ll get a full refund. No questions asked.

Proprietary lens developed to filter out most of the visible blue and green light spectrum. Every lens comes with premium anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and hydrophobic coatings for comfort and durability.
LOCKT lenses filter 100% of the visible blue light spectrum and most of the green light spectrum.
Highly abrasion-resistant coating which increases surface hardness allowing lenses to exceed testing requirements.

The amber and red lens are what allow LOCKT to block up to 99% of harmful blue light. Such high percentages of protection cannot be achieved by clear/transparent lens.
Yes. Your screens emit blue light that suppresses melatonin, the hormone your body produces to fall asleep.
By blocking up to 99% of that light, LOCKT lets your body produce melatonin naturally, even while you're still on your screens.
Amber (90% blocking): For daytime use under artificial lighting and evening screen work. Reduces eye strain, headaches, and keeps you locked in.
Red (99% blocking): For the final 1-2 hours before bed. Everything the amber does, plus maximum melatonin protection to ensure your sleep and recovery aren't compromised.
If you're picking one to start and are unsure, go with amber. Most of our customers end up getting both.
Yes. They reduce glare and visual stress from screens in a way that clear lenses physically can't.
Most people feel their eyes relax within minutes of putting them on. We did, and it's one of the main reasons we kept wearing them.
Yes, both lenses have a noticeable tint.
With amber, everything takes on a warm tone but you can still tell most colors apart, and after 10-15 minutes your eyes adjust.
With red, the distortion is much stronger. Differentiating colors becomes difficult.
If your work requires precise color accuracy (graphic design, photo editing, color grading), we do not recommend the red lens.
They were almost certainly clear lenses. Clear lenses block 10-30% of blue light at most. LOCKT blocks up to 99%. It's a completely different experience.
No worries. Every pair is backed by our satisfaction guarantee: 30-day hassle-free returns. Try them risk-free.
